ACS-The Company An affiliate of IDS, Integrated Developmental Services, founded in 1992, Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea by Estrellita T. Santa Cruz, B.S., S.W., M.S.W.. The company from its infancy largely concentrated in the areas of training and consultancy. After a few years, it quickly diversified into different industries including, construction, training & development, engineering services and job placements. IDS eventually expanded and formed cross functional programs between Papua New Guinea and the Philippines in the early 1990’s often dealing with the likes of Mondragon Industries and ADB, Asian Development Bank to name a few. IDS spun-off ACS, Alternate Care Services to specifically concentrate on the large worldwide demand for healthcare professional workers such as nurses and therapists. Today, ACS has locations in Union, NJ, Saylorsburg, PA, Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea, Novaliches & Paranaque, Philippines. The main function of ACS is to recruit and provide temporary staffing of professional health care workers in a nationally recognized health care institution in the United States of America. |
